Target Clientele: |
Frail elderly and/or disabled veterans who need assistance with activities of daily living,
or are dependent on caregivers for supervision, and would benefit from a mildly structured group program. |

Daily activity and mild physical exercise. Respite for family caregivers. Assistance with
ADL’s. Health assessment and monitoring. Coordination with VA health and social services. Caregiver support
group. |

Daily cognitive-stimulating activity (trivia, games, art, reminiscing, etc.) Daily
exercise and group walk and/or 1:1 assisted walk. Movies, BINGO games, parties, outings. |
