Live Oak Adult Day services operates five (5) centers that provides a specialized program of adult day care including therapeutic activities such as art, singing, current events, physical exercises, age-appropriate games, health monitoring, socialization, hot nutritious meals and snacks, care giver respite and information and referrals to other services, as needed, Also provides assistance with transportation arrangements. |

Birthday celebrations, holiday parties, current events, story-telling, sing-a-longs, dancing, exercise, arts and crafts, inter-generational activities, pet therapy, music therapy, group activities, peer interaction, bingo and prizes, word games, travel and cultural discussions, etc. |
| Rate Structure: |
Sliding scale based upon ability to pay that ranges from $14 to $52 per day. |
